Process

With Godse Housing, understanding the process of redevelopment is as easy as
1 2 3. We have put together the steps involved in transforming your home. Have a look:

  • Step 1: Meeting to discuss and understand the needs of all society members.
  • Step 2 : Information Gathering and Assessment Of the location, size of plot, neighborhood etc.
  • Step 3: Presentation overview, layout, draft plans, commercial terms, timelines, shifting arrangements and document requirements. To discuss and understand the needs of all society members.
  • Step 4 : Fine-tuning the Plan as per the legal/technical PMC framework, to accommodate every member’s requirements.
  • Step 5 : Final Plan and Agreementpresenting a final plan and complete project layout with building drawings followed by registration.
  • Step 6 : Sanctionobtain Pune Municipal Corporation / Local authority sanction.
  • Step 7 : Shifting of Residents shifting of residents prior to commencement and building handover for redevelopment.
  • Step 8 : Execution plan demolition and begin redevelopment according to sanctioned plan.
  • Step 9 : Post-Construction finishing, inspection, utility connections/installation, occupation certificate, completion certificate etc.
  • Step 10 : Handover building handover with induction of new members.

- The structure will be designed as Multi Frame Earth Quake resistant structure of RCC.

-Provision for mosquito net

- Exquisitely designed elevation features will be provided along with careful and detailed planning with plenty of light and ventilation in each room and minimum space wastage with proper co-ordination within rooms.
- The entrance lobby will be elegantly designed with chequered tiles in parking area and POP false ceiling and attractive electric fixtures.

- All the doors provided will be Waterproof Flush Doors. Main door will be provided with good quality night latch, safety chain, tower blot and attractive handle.

- Internal doors will be provided with cylindrical type locks.

- Windows of all the rooms and toilets will be provided with marbles frames. Heavy section, powder coated aluminum sliding windows with glass will be provided with excellent quality bearings and fittings.

- All the electric wiring work will be done as per norms. Flexible concealed wires with use of MCB and ELCB for safety of the flat owners. Latest available switches of reputed company will be provided. Extensive electric layout comprising of maximum points will be provided along with Cable/AC point in Master bedroom.

- All the plumbing pipes, fixtures and fittings will be strictly as per IS Norms. CP plumbing fixtures (JAGUAR or equivalent) will be provided in all toilets with matching sanitary ware of reputed company.

- 2x2 Vitrified Tiling will be provided with matching skirting of 3”. Toilets will have full dado height of colored glaze tiles of reputed company with designer borders and motifs.
- Granite kitchen platform comprising of cooking and serving platforms with Stainless steel sink.
- The entire flat will be painted with Oil Bond Distemper including doors and ceilings. External walls of the buildings will be painted with good quality weather proof paint.
- Lift of OTIS/KONE (or equivalent) make will be provided with all the safety features.
- New compound wall will be constructed with exclusive design and sufficient electric points/light fixtures.
